Donate NowThese Impact Projects are bold, targeted efforts designed to accelerate freedom in places where the need is urgent and the opportunity is real. In partnership with trusted local leaders, we’ve identified 9 powerful efforts to expand the fight against sex trafficking. You’re invited to invest in a project that moves your heart and invest in part or in full.
In Romania, where over half of identified trafficking victims are under 18, an Atlas Free Network Member is launching a prevention initiative to protect vulnerable children. By training caregivers in high-risk areas to spot warning signs and respond early, this project strengthens frontline defenses against trafficking.
For the first time, underage girls living on the streets will have a safe place to heal and the chance to build a future. This new internship program offers housing, mentorship, and training in high-demand skills—giving girls who were once turned away the dignity of opportunity.
In Bolivia, sex trafficking is fueled by a cultural norm that treats buying sex as acceptable—especially among young men. An Atlas Free Network Member is breaking that cycle by equipping men with the tools to challenge this mindset and choose a different path.
You can help build a brand-new safe home for pregnant survivors of sex trafficking—offering them a place to heal, give birth safely, and begin again. This home will be a sacred space of restoration and long-term transformation for women who’ve only known exploitation.
Your gift helps provide prenatal care, shelter, and life-skills training to women trapped in one of India’s largest red-light districts. These are women who never had choices—but your generosity could help up to 280 women and children find hope, healing, and a path to freedom.
California is one of the largest sites of human trafficking in the U.S.—but you have the opportunity to change that. You can help provide survivors with safe housing, trauma-informed care, education, and job training—creating a real pathway to healing, independence, and lasting freedom.
Help provide survivors with legal representation, psychosocial support, and assistance navigating judicial processes. This project helps support 29 women and girls involved in criminal proceedings against their traffickers, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices heard.
Bring traffickers to justice faster and protect survivors from further harm. By investing in tools and training that help law enforcement detect hidden electronic devices, you make it possible to uncover critical evidence, accelerate investigations, and ensure survivors get the protection and closure they deserve.
Breaking the cycle of sex trafficking requires more than just rescue—it demands long-term solutions that empower survivors with economic independence. Through workforce development programs, provide survivors gain the skills and opportunities they need to build stable futures—and reduce the risk of being exploited again.
Our evaluation process includes questioning risk management, evaluating the goals and objectives, and ensuring ongoing feedback through our relationships with the partners. All project details, timelines, and budgets are estimated based on factors known at the publication date and may be adjusted as necessary. If surplus funds are received for any specific project, or if Atlas Free determines that circumstances require it, funds may be applied to other projects, programs, and organizational priorities. These projects may also include a portion of the budget that is allocated to oversight, capacity building, administration, and operational support to ensure that Atlas Free Network Members are able to thrive for the long haul.
